Anxiety tends to creep up on us and all too easily we can find ourselves in a cycle of negative thinking. With continued anxiety and stress life can be overwhelming and it can often feel like nothing is going to change. However, it is a cycle we can break and the good news is that the reasons for our anxiety really do not matter.
I'll explain how the brain works in relation to anxiety, why we can suffer like this, and what we can do about it. We will then move forwards practising positivity and using hypnosis to achieve the things you choose for yourself. It is quick, relaxing and enjoyable.
