Anxiety tends to creep up on us and all too easily we can find ourselves in a cycle of negative thinking. With continued anxiety and stress life can be overwhelming and it can often feel like nothing is going to change. However, it is a cycle we can break and the good news is that the reasons for our anxiety really do not matter.
In sessions I explain why our rbains are working like this and how it is we can suffer, and what we can do about it. We will then move forwards practising positivity and using hypnosis to achieve the things you choose for yourself. It is quick, relaxing and enjoyable.
