I graduated from the esteemed Clifton Practice of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (the leading hypnotherapy clinic in the south west), and am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapists and the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. I have regular supervision and continued professional development so I can offer the very best and most up to date therapy possible. I am fully insured and I have an enhanced DBS certificate and work effectively with under 18s.
I came to hypnotherapy through hypnobirthing. From personal experience I know hypnotherapy works. I had two pain free home births which were a joy, and as a result I am passionate about enabling women to have access to their natural ability to birth calmly. Since then I have used hypnosis to reduce my stress levels, organise my sleep patterns, and stay calm and focused in the midst of a crisis.
As I moved from a hectic city life to the Black Mountains I realised that a career change where I helped people in such a positive and effective manner was entirely possible. Hypnotherapy is a fantastic tool to use for so many things, and now I help people with depression, anxiety, stress, addiciton, phobias, high blood pressure, confidence, low self esteem, sleep, OCD, pain management and more and in just a few sessions. It is a quick, effective tool.
Now, with small children at school I am practising from home. The rest of the time I work as a teaching assistant in a primary school working on a one to one basis. Hypnotherapy has been one of the best choices I have ever made: it is so fascinating to learn more and more about how our brains work and so fulfilling to use it to help others make the changes they want for a better, more fulfilled life. Hypnotherapy works!
