I will admit that at first, I was sceptical about hypnotherapy and didn't understand how it would be able to help me with my anxieties. but after just a few sessions and a little explanation of how the brain works, the results were obvious. I am so so thankful for all of Angharad's hard work and patience. considering just a few months ago I could barely make it to school, but have now flown through exams, finished this school year on a high, and am just generally a lot happier, just proves how much hypnotherapy has helped me.
