What People Say
Angharad has been amazing. I found it really hard to admit how much I struggled with anxiety, doing the classic thing of citing all the reasons other people were having a harder time than me and feeling guilty that I was the one who “couldn’t cope” I was lucky to have NHS psychology support to talk through all the awful things I’d seen as a doc during COVID, but none of that helped me move forwards. Angharad promised her therapy would be rapid and it was. 4 sessions and every week things just made sense and got better. Anxiety is rubbish physically and mentally, just having Angharad listen and sew little problems to be solved enabled me to stop focusing on guilt and worry and find my own solutions to get on with life

A strong believer in hypnothearpy, I worked with Angharad this year to help with controlling my eating / drinking for a bodybuilding challenge I did. A few sessions helped me stay focused and on track. I was thrilled with the results and look forward to working with Angharad in the future

I will admit that at first, I was sceptical about hypnotherapy and didn't understand how it would be able to help me with my anxieties. but after just a few sessions and a little explanation of how the brain works, the results were obvious. I am so so thankful for all of Angharad's hard work and patience. considering just a few months ago I could barely make it to school, but have now flown through exams, finished this school year on a high, and am just generally a lot happier, just proves how much hypnotherapy has helped me. I have thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Angharad and have felt welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning. and I would definitely recommend to anyone who's going through a hard time. huge thank you

Ellie has filled a garden bag knowing that there was a spider in the bottom and had a spider pointed out to her in the conservatory and popped it outside using a glass and paper. It is amazing
